Lucas and Mommy are on an adventure. Unfortunately the working men of our house could not join us for this one...
But, Lucas and I are visiting realatives and friends in Wisconsin (and Kentucky) for a few weeks.
Our first stop was Kentucky over the weekend where we stayed with our friends the Hills. They took us to the Creation Museum. How refreshing to walk through a museum that speaks truth instead of just theory. No "millions" of years, etc.
Here's the wobbly rope bridge--part of the beautiful gardens outside the museum.

they are currently in the process of building a full sized Noah's Ark and a whole theme park based around it. How cool is that?

July 1....we arrived in Wisconsin at Aunt Linda and Uncle Paul's house on the lake...
And CAPTAIN Lucas drove the boat...(with his trusty assistant Uncle Paul of course)
It's so beautiful here.
Uncle Paul took Lucas on a "Rock Hunt"...---"You have to sneak up on them" according to Uncle Paul.
and then we went a turtle huntin'(no turtles were harmed in the filming of this adventure)
